Our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy form part of this agreement and explain how we handle personal data and cookie preferences.
3. Educational purpose and no guarantees
The Site and any programmes, workshops, learning resources, guidance, templates, examples, and communications are provided solely for educational and professional development purposes. Nothing on the Site is intended as legal, financial, tax, employment, or other professional advice tailored to your specific situation.
Participation in educational programmes does not guarantee employment opportunities, financial outcomes, business success, professional advancement, career development, or personal achievements. Learning outcomes vary based on prior experience, workplace context, participation, and implementation effort.
Where the Site describes methodologies (for example, workflow mapping, capacity planning, decision logging, continuous improvement routines, or coordination cadences), those descriptions are illustrative and informational. You remain responsible for how you choose to apply or adapt any concept.
4. Service description
The Site provides information about Fj ApS educational programmes, learning formats, and ways to request details or initiate a registration request. Depending on the programme, delivery may include online modules, guided exercises, interactive workshops, and supporting resources.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, including programme descriptions, content structure, and availability of resources. We do not promise that the Site will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
5. Inquiries and registration requests
If you submit an inquiry through a form on the Site, you agree to provide accurate and current information. We use the details you provide to respond to your inquiry, confirm programme fit, and explain next steps for registration requests. We may ask follow-up questions to clarify scope, scheduling constraints, or learning goals.
Any response we provide is informational and relates to programme content and logistics. It does not create a consulting engagement or an advisory relationship. A binding agreement for programme delivery, if applicable, is formed only through separate written confirmation and any applicable order documentation.

14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site will be subject to the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence require otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your use presents a security or operational risk.
